ECOCEAN Whale Shark Satellite Tracking 2014

Two whale sharks (A-302 and A-088) were tagged with satellite transmitters on 21/6/14 at Ningaloo Marine Park, Western Australia. The two tags were funded by the Commonwealth of Australila through the Western Australian Department of Parks and Wildlife (DPaW) - and deployed by ECOCEAN with logistical support from DPaW. Ongoing tracking and associated support costs are provided through ECOCEAN and Murdoch University.
